So annoying and strange how these companies tend to project themselves to be real, you invest, you watch your investment grown but wanting to withdraw becomes a problem, their reps even stop replying your mail, this was exactly what I experienced with brokers not until, well I was introduced to and her team of expertise via (tahibroshey at gee mail) that I was able to get my money back.

I have only been betting a short while I was enjoying it until someone in Zimbabwe managed to sign into my betfair account and clear me out. Betfair said it's nothing to do with them. Be very careful don't think your money is safe. Take all the precautions necessary to protect yourself. Betfair did refund me probably because it was only £200. Very dodgy. I join on a Wed night, am emailed to say that my account is a go. On Thursday I try to bet on Trump, and am told I cannot because I am from outside the USA or something. I then go through the process of withdrawing my deposit. Within an hour I receive an email saying my account is locked, and I am unable to withdraw my money. I am supposed to sent ID etc, to unlock it, just to get my money back. Seems very suspicious and I will never use again, even if I get my money back.

I have never come across worse customer service ever. It’s all designed not to help you and to make profit for the company that’s why they don’t have anyone to speak to in person so they make it difficult by not answering your querie direct. It’s shameful that Betfair operate this way and treat good customers with no respect. They don’t even answer your online querie and leave your holiding form hours all designed to make profit out of vulnerable gamblers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
