Customer service is very substandard. Got banned because I was asked if I could afford to play the site. Only had a £50 per week limit? Really confusing to be honest lol! Can understand why bet365 are doing better

Betscam stole money from me.. Stated that we have provided you with refund which is a lie and I can see my account online and scammers never credited funds back. Idioxs told me to go to the bank and try to resolve it there. Thieves
