@Betfair I just wanted to point out that your verification service is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. I've been waiting since the 11th of November and tried numerous times to upload via the app and also through the chat service. 7 days later and still no help. Shockin

One of the best out there imo. They offer everything. Are linked with Paddy Power (who are equally as good, but don't offer exchange betting). Great weekly/monthly bonuses on offer and quick withdrawals. One downfall is the Playtech poker/casino software..... play those with EXTREME caution.

There should be a 0 star option! Completely dishonest company and now also thieves! I was with Betfair for 10+ years. In August they suspended my account for apparent 'security issue'. At first it was ID and proof of funds to get it back, which was sent, then a week later something else, and then something else a week later. To date they have: My UK passport, driving license, utility bills, bank statements, wage slips, evidence of my wages being paid in to my bank, bank statements showing transactions from my acc to Betfair. Skrill money book evidence, PayPal acc statement, Proof of ownership of an old bank card. You name it and they have got it. A week ago i was kicked out of my PaddyPower acc and my funds withheld. Their reason - because of my betfair acc! (same people). They are not replying to my emails, fobbing me off in the chat, and I still haven't been contacted. They have stolen £80 from me... Not winnings - a recent deposit. You are probably thinking 'Yeah he must have done something' I wish... This would be so much easier to accept if I did. I have 1 long term legitimate job, 1 source of income. I am as vanilla as they come. If they can do this to me and treat me in this manner and steal from me, they can do it to you. I don't even know what to do to try and get my money back. I feel completely betrayed. A law unto themselves that don't feel the have to explain. AVOID

Betfair and Paddy P are by far the worst payers in casinoland. I had an account with both for a year and didnt get of my seat once, with regular deposits. I closed both, my ex partner has accounts also and still plays there with little or no payout what so ever.. i mean nothing she keeps playing winning everywhare else, but never in these two combined casinos absolute DISGRACE why she plays there i will never know appart from ADDICTION i can see no other reason. STICK with VIRGINBET at least they look after theyre players

What a shambles it is a complete scam why are they getting away with this fraud. I put 10 pounds to join Betfair I was promised a free bet and a 10 pound sports book bet. The sports book bet was not responding so I sent an e mail no response I then went on live customer care after 45 mins I was told I need to claim the sportsbook offer I politely said please don't patronize me. When I went back to my account I had a small bet on the 11.45 race and guess what? The bet had gone I was going to contact them again but thought just close your account these are fraudsters and don't ever touch them. There are decent bookies online William Hill for instance so dump these thieves as soon as possible.

I signed up to Betfair in response to an ad offering free betting credit, and as I'd read they were offering good odds on the US presidential election. Their website is confusing and user unfriendly, and they never honoured the free credit. Their website seems to show bets I didn't make, and they are refusing to pay out on the ones I did make. Their staff were unhelpful and rude, and their escalated complaints area refused to assist.
