Tonight the Nacional (Par) v Guairena match was interrupted at the beginning of the second half due to floodlight failure for about 25 minutes. Betfair immediately suspended the match, when play resumed the match remained suspended for the rest of the second half (about 40minutes). No trading could be undertaken and I like many people consequently lost money because we could not trade out. Betfair should have cancelled all trades but are just shysters and its their charges first, no wonder they're losing customers. I like many others have am now moving my trading to other exchanges

This is the worst betting site I have come across. Always delay pay out when you win. Today I just waited 45 minutes to collect my winning and it was not until I called to complain then they made the payment. Also for withdrawal, they don’t pay you until you call to complain. Then they made the payment.

Had a winning bet for a player to have 2 shots on target which happened. The bet was settled then 5 mins later reversed and marked as losing claiming there was only one shot on target. I supplied them with video evidence of the 2 shots on target, they even confirmed by online chat that it would be classed as settled but are refusing to pay out. Ripping off punters and acting in a fraudulent manner. Never use this conning ripping on fraudulent ever again.

I had a 4 fold accumulator on spread across 4 different times first game won second and third game kicked off 30 mins apart from each other so while the 3rd team was in at half time the 2nd team was on the 60th ish min that part of the bet come in as need them to have 19 shots that was all which they did, the third game then kicked off for the 2nd half then they took my cash out away completely and then the bet flopped bearing on mind my cash out before the half time was around £200 which I was going to take but Cashout was taken away and I was told the traders have withdrawn from the cash out and it’s not a guaranteed thing they do..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY HAD OVER £400 of me in a space of 2 months with the small win of £140 I had

Guys Have any of you noticed that prices have been shaved on your horse racing winners, I’ve had 3 incidents now, backed an 8/1 winner got paid out at 13/2, backed 6/1 suddenly its 5’s, and latest a 10/1 suddenly 8, I’ve been punting long enough to know when something doesn’t feel right, anybody else noticed this?
