This is a disappointing site refusing to pay my wife 1600 pound after setting up a month limit

I won 2X £100 red letter day vouchers in December I did receive one email from an outside company asking me to clarify my details which I did in order for them to send the vouchers however I am still waiting! I have contacted Grosvener direct almost weekly to no avail very dissatisfied

Don’t know where these bad reviews are coming from? Signed up last night. Deposited £600 had a few spins on roulette, live casino from one of there London casinos.
