Have used this site for a number of years, and have deposited over £120,000 and have had some good wins, biggest being over £9,000 which I withdrew with no problems was in my account by the next morning, Now they are setting deposit limits so low, so that on the volatile games you run out of money before you can get a bonus in and everything is lost. They want so much information on where your income comes from, how much your savings are etc. next they will be asking when you last went to the loo. Shame good website (apart from crashing which it has lots recently) We had good fun on this site, pity they have spoilt it as I now have to look for another one. Colin

Honestly, is the best out there. Great administration, outstanding customer service, honest event winning Draw. Being a customer for years they are trustworthy and it is more them a casino. It is a lifestyle. I am a G+ player and I have been offered black card membership. I have recommended the company for my best friends we have a community. Grosvenor Plus Team is hard working elite customer centric. Games are fun everywhere. What is special about Grosvenor is the management team and customer service and report they created with us. I have no conflict of interest with Grosvenor. It is just sad that I saw bad ranking for such an amazing company only because we can loss money and it is not fair to blame a great organisation which have charitable responsibility in society and enjoyable products and blame them for lost or the risk associated with industry. we must understand that we value the company and services not luck and risk which comes hand to hand with this industry, Grosvenor is the best out there. I agree with all the bad comments on here, no bonuses, wins are pennies n iv spent a few hundred in 2 sitting. Im really shocked with Grosvenor, these are meant to be reputable. Closed my account dwn, I would advise u to do the same. Casinos are just doin wat they want now, their governing bodies seem pointless. Has anyone complained yet?

OK completely honest review. First time using this site. spent a few hundred in same game and won 400 but I had opened all features and thought I would see what happened. 900 later not 1 free spin. I emailed the company to see what their excuse was but nothing so now I am warning everyone out there. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. There is far better honest reliable sites out there but not this one.

I closed my account I've not really won much at this casino since joining 9months ago. to simply put it the casino is rubbish slots always crash it's funny how the slot crashes when paying out but has anyone noticed here at Grosvenor when dead spins after dead spins happens the slot never boots you from that slot coincidence? more like rigged Transgender owners

I won the minor jackpot on the game dancing drums of prosperity on Grosvenor casino. I was then due to play the bonus game after. The minimum win was £40 minor jackpot but would have have been more but an unknown amount if it had let me play the bonus as well. Reported that the game was stuck to Grosvenor a month ago. Was promised they had to refer back to the game provider to release the stuck game and would be a maximum of 15 working days but they usually do it so much sooner! After this was done I was told by an online assistance that it was not referred to the game provider but to there in house team and that they have now referred it to the games provided and have no idea when I should expect a response! Also when I asked for a manager the response was a manager can see this so would intervene if I was wrong! Seriously! I am now told that the game didn’t show a win for game number xxxx they have spent 4 weeks looking at the wrong game! They do not respond to emails in a timely manner even though I’ve told them I struggle on the phone after a stroke. I do not believe I will ever get my money back but imagine if it was a grand jackpot. That’s why I’m writing this review… do not trust them as you will not be paid your winnings.

Terrible customer service from the start, I joined as they had an offer on and a friend had a horse racing that day, the horse WON and Grosvenor refused to pay out until I sent them various different documents (which should have been requested FROM THE BEGINING as per Gambling commission rules: "If a gambling business needs more information before you can withdraw your funds, for example, for anti-money laundering checks, then they should ask promptly and not only when you want to withdraw your funds. ") They then proceeded to mess around with the documents for WEEKS which is frankly bizarre ( and very telling) and would lose them, customers, if this was done on the opening of accounts. They ONLY function via live chat which is awful, if you send an email you get an auto-response basically saying they don't read their emails or reply to them( Refused to provide any sort of manager email or details... still waiting to receive my winnings nearly 6 weeks later so we'll see how the independent bodies get on with investigating them!
