There was a time when Grosvenor was one of the best casinos. Believe it or not, they used to reward loyal customers by offering free football games, good bonuses, and free cash to play to VIP guests. Now, unfortunately, it has changed for the bad. The promotion game is ridiculous where you have to play a not-easy memory game to get cheap free spins!

I am a player for last 20 years, never ever played on a website so bad. Today 8 of February for last 4 hours their sport section is down. Playing on slots is a real adventure, keep crashing no matter if u use Safari or Chrome, incognito or not. It is a BIG SHAME a company so big can’t invest few quid in a server with capabilities and in a team who knows what are they doing to keep a website running smoothly. Also if you make a build a bet waiting time is more then 36 h to be confirmed

Slots and games constantly freeze in the middle of a spin and you need to refresh the page. It’s not my wifi because, when I log onto another casino immediately after, the same games play without any hitch. This has put me off playing with Grosvenor and I can’t be only the person that’s experiencing this. Sort out the amateurish website otherwise your customers are all going to be taking their business elsewhere!

I use your site regularly and this is the 2nd time that this type of experience has happened on your site. It has affected my ability to trust your site, software, security and technical troubleshooting process. Instead I have had to go through 3 different chats and being called a liar when I clearly deposited, played casino games and withdrew my winnings only for that time period to disappear from your site. The transaction history is suppose to be accurate and realisable but instead it seems like it has reoccurring faults because your site treated me the same last time until I had to go on trust pilot to complain then your site looked into it and apologised when they found the error. It’s not fair to think you can treat players like that and get away with it.

Contacted the company on live chat to close my account and spoke to a customer champion. They closed my account as requested but refused to process a withdrawal of my credit balance and have kept the balance for themselves.
