Absolutely shocking I opted into the 10% weekend cashback bonus on Saturday (14/1/23) I deposited £80 and my bonus history stated I had qualified for the promotion when it still wasn’t in the next day I spoke to an agent on live chat who verified I had qualified and that it would be processed over the next two days we are now on day 7 and I have just spoken to another girl and she could see which bonus I was talking about could see my deposits and losses and then after a long while she came back and said sorry you didn’t make it to the crediting List? so I asked her to explain how when we could both see it and she just said there was nothing I could do now what an absolute joke especially to loyal depositing customers

You can lose 2 millions pounds and nothing happen. You can win a couple of hundred pounds and they will find any fallacious reason to limit your account.

I deposited £40 and i’ve spend arround 5 hours playing different games trying to do something over £20 profit to cash out. Obviously i ended losing everything, it didn’t matter how many bonuses i took on all the games i played i just could do nothing over £20 profit, playing on £0.20 per spin or £0.40 it was just impossible. Either i had to wagger £20 to get a bonus to take me from where i started, either i took bonuses that paid £0.40, £1, £3.50 etc. If i took £17 or £21 pounds it was because i had already waggered £30. I had arround 20-30 bonuses on all the games i played but everything was paying very low. Now i understand that is about this RNG (Random Number Generator) but i don’t understand what sort of numbers it generates because it seems that it was only against me all the times. Clearly something is not right with it, you can’t call this fair, is not fair and i don’t expect to win everytime but playing for 5 hours different games and taking arround 20-30 bonuses i expect at least to get over £20 profit.
