So for the current casino mode it says new players get their net losses incurred back. I only received 10 dollars back but made 86 bucks and then lost them. I thought we got a refund for the total net loss like it says.

The app doesn’t work during busy times when you want to place a bet. Bonuses and credits don’t always come in. Customer service is AWFUL. Might get a res once in a day or two but usually not. Use draft kings instead.

example- Many of their contests list athletes/players as being available & active in their respective games for that day’s slate of games, including of course the highest profile players like Leonard, Harden, & L.James, etc. Their site will show them as being active w/no issues & playing in that day’s game, and they purposely don’t update their site with those player’s status until after lineups are locked & no changes can be made, and in many cases, no updates until the start of the game. If you included any of those particular players you ARE NOT allowed to switch them out, even if that’s player’s game is a hour away from starting! So they lock line ups, then update player status & you find that your guy isn’t playing for whatever reason, and you can’t change them for another player even though the actual games for said player hasn’t tipped off...no matter if the tip off is a hour or more from starting, your line up is short one player & therefore you literally zero chance of winning anything. Fanduel thinks this is a fair way of conducting contests, but in actuality it just means the certain few who have insider knowledge are allowed to exploit it & gain an insane advantage over everyone else. Why would a site/casino allow this to be you ask? They do it this way for one reason & one reason only, they somehow make more money with this system. How can that be you ask? Because they must have better knowledge to that info than the general public, & of course they would, & of obviously they’re exploiting it thru insider betting, because there’s simply no other reason to have such flawed system of playing. They purposely allow for bad/old info on a player’s status to exist so that it will hamper & derail most of us who aren’t privy’d with insider info.
Stay away from this place & wager your hard earned money elsewhere where they care about fairness & who use common sense in their systems of rules. Only there will you have a fair chance at winning as this site doesn’t care fairness, nor their customers as you can read how every 3rd review complains about this very thing. If they cared about their customers, they would have changed their system a long time ago, but they don’t, & beyond that they’ll try and explain how their system is one built to “challenge” their customers. So if you like playing poker at a casino that believes you should only get 4 cards while some get 5, then this is your place of betting. If you’d prefer playing 5 card draw with 5 cards instead of 4, then you should go elsewhere to play.

Why the hell is it so difficult to add money to your site
This process should be simple.

Other sports book apps (won’t say their name) is effortless to deposit money. But for some reason this app always is always full of errors with every single option of depositing money. I’ve almost given up on this app.

I love the app and all the promotions are great. However, the app is not at all optimized for the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The app does not properly fit the screen at all and is very clunky at times. Really sloppy work for an app with a lot of money behind it and needs to be fixed.

This app crashes all the time and is laggy. There is also inaccurate information displayed sometimes for games. Overall a clunky user interface considering how much money went into this. Honestly pathetic.

The app crashes every NFL Sunday. They do site maintenance randomly during overnight to morning hours without notice. So you can’t safely bet on tennis or soccer games overseas. The geolocation often doesn’t work near the PA NJ border and doesn’t work at all at the Philly airport.
This by far is the worst app for sports gambling. It’s 2020 and they canNot offer a fully functioning app. Like to even login into. Forget the fact their cash outs are not available for spreads or totals on NFL or NBA games.
Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other apps to download bc FanDuel isn’t ready for it.
