Can’t trust the info on the sight. Negligently had incorrect time remaining in a basketball game. At one minute left entered my bet. Once bet was entered returned to main screen. Now 4 minutes left. They refused to refund my wager. Contacted the NJ Gaming Commission. Spoke with them after many many attempts to contact them. They did nothing. Never even got back to me. I’d think fraudulent posting on a gambling sight would interest them. Nope. Hmm?

While google can locate me within a foot of where I am somehow this app can’t. Even though I am clearly over the PA border it can’t locate me. When I drive over the border I understand I can’t wager but I should be able to see my previous wagers that were legally made while in PA. When I click on detail of wager it goes to a blank screen like I don’t have any active wagers. I tried to bring up settled ones it looks like I never made one that was settled while I know I have.

The Touch ID has only popped up once or twice-ever even though I log in multiple times daily.
Last night the app completely crashed
And this bugginess happens even after multiple mornings of complete shutdown for scheduled maintenance.
Hire more coders.

Whatever you do, do not use the casino options. Betfair will rob you so quick. Blackjack is so insanely rigged and I’ve been playing my whole life. Horrendous app.

The function of the app is not always good. I’ll be in the exact same spot in my house and it will tell me I’m out of state and can’t verify my location
It also doesn’t always track my active and settled bets

Not only is this the worst sportsbook app, it may be all in all the worst app in the store. The remember me button and the Face ID don’t work at all. Every time you leave the app you have to fill login info every time and don’t even get me started about there “location” issues. My bookie blows them out of the water and you have to use safari for there site lol...

Face ID never works for logging into the app

I’ve had nothing but trouble with this app. Pop up on main screen won’t allow me to do anything other than login and contact support. Support recommended deleting and reinstalling app, which I had done already - no other suggestions. Guess I’ll find a new place to gamble.
