App literally crashes everyday. They offer in game cash options but 90% of the time you can’t access it. Cashing my money out and going to DraftKings

Every time I try to bet your site crashes.. we have not been compensated for the bets we have lost out on either!

They give you these ridiculous odds boosts to lure you in to making dumb bets and you lose all your money. Also their bonuses they give you take forever to show up and need to be played thru dumb amounts. Good luck

App is nice and easy to navigate, but my only complaint is the live game feature. If I have stake in any sport/game, the live feed of those games should be the first thing that I see when I open the app. Currently you show feature games or games from other sports, which is fine. But on top of that, it should show the live feed every game that I currently have stake in. I should be able to open the app and at a glance, see how I am doing. Yes, you have the live tab, and even that doesn’t show me what I currently have stake in. I have to scroll through all the live games to find the ones I’m betting on. Other than that, app works great.
TL;DR - Please add the live game feature to the homepage so I can follow the games that I am currently betting on with ease.

Divisional round of the NFL playoffs, it crashes. Both days of the NFL wildcard round, it crashes. It’s a real shame because I love the interface but it simply is unreliable. Back to back weeks in the most fun part of the NFL season, my friends on different apps are betting while I am not. Real shame

Fanduel crashes after every big game. Voided a parlay because I bet the under on a player prop on a player who didn’t end up playing. Not my fault I took advantage of an easy prop and they were dumb enough to post the prop. Don’t download, don’t give them money, DraftKings is better

My experience so far with FanDuel has been awful. They promised a “risk free” first bet and then refused to honor it. They sent me an email telling me that I’m getting site credit but then refuse to give the credit claiming the email was a mistake. Half the time the site is down and cannot be used. It takes them 3-4 days to respond to simple questions. I plan to switch to DraftKings to see if they are any better. I wouldn’t recommend FanDuel to anyone.
