Best mobile gambling site, very fun. Live bets rule

This app is great. Great betting, variety.. blah blah blah.
However, this app is absolute garbage in primetime due to their lackluster connection. During playoffs, Sunday mornings/afternoons & playoff games (for football at least; God knows about other sports). It will take you 30 min AT THE LEAST to log back in to bet or collect. It’s ridiculous and they do nothing for your troubles or for their garbage format.
I’d recommend going to Draftkings. They rarely have these problems, I only came for the $500 risk free bet.

App dies and blocks you out at busy times

This app was amazing six months ago, lately it crashes every single time I place a bet. I can’t login for hours.

I really like the Sportsbook but how can your whole site go down in the middle of nfl wildcard games. No help from customer service with placing bets via chat and phone service is closed. If the site goes down the customers lose. Lots of other sportsbooks out there.

The site is buggy to a fault. I constantly have to relog into the site from either my desktop or phone app and in every case it takes multiple attempts to make a single bet. It won’t take a bet a bet from my desktop. A white bar appears across my screen upon submitting a betting slip and nothing happens. I’m forced to use the phone app and this is a struggle as well. Extremely frustrating and won’t be staying a member for long. Need to make one last bet to cover a bonus win and then I’m out. The only reason you get the second star is due to the bonus bets and insurance bets offered, but have know doubt you will make it difficult for me to remove my funds after I have made my next bet (if the site will allow me to make it...)

Loved the app all year. Writing this review wildcard weekend 2020 (2019 season). I was able to place bets on the early games, won both yesterday and today, then site won’t let me log on before later games. This is BS.

FanDuel did not honor a promo bet and pay out on the PennState vs Memphis game. Also right before the nfc wildcard game between the eagles and Seahawks the app goes down for planned maintenance
How do you plan maintenence then. Do it on a Monday..... Horrible experience so far.

I have had this app for two days now (wild card playoff weekend) and the app has had server issues both days causing me to not be able to login for hours at a time during critical games.

This the 5th time i have had to delete and reinstall app
