I sent a message to bet365. I told them if you can close the horse races and casino games. I just wanted to make sports bets. They closed my account without asking me. the reason for closing was that I was going to play consciously and wisely. I am the type of person who doesn't like change, I have been with bet365 for close to 10 years. I like to enjoy my time by betting small amounts and do a lot of bets, last year they limited my account because I won 10+ in a row, they limited my bet amount and they put a delay on my bets to anywhere from 5-10 seconds. Yesterday I won a bet and they denied my earnings because they thought I knew the results with a 5-10 seconds delay on my bets, and today they got the results wrong when I cashed out, which is very odd because i cashed out long after my team scored, and when i cashed out the score was still in my favor, I still don't get how the results were changed after few minutes have passed. Lets just say this isn't bet365's fault, but if they had any sort of decency they would have voided the bet, for instance I may have wanted to cash out before the game ended?10 years ago there weren't many choices for sportsbook sites, it is different now, I really hope other people do not experience the things I did, I am close to 10 years and they do not value their customers.
