After 40 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone they said someone would ring back within 24 hours, that never happened. What a complete scam Bet365 is. The site is definitely cheating. I observed for quite a long time on poker “players” who continually fold then suddenly go all in before the flop even with a medium rated hand and win against strong hands and always on the river. The only time “the player bot” lost money was on the blinds when they folded. No human player would go all in with a 6 and 8 and an actual real life player with pocket Aces lost to a straight 5 to 9. I have played in a lot of tournaments and on a lot of different sites and It’s clear that this site is “fixing” their games. February 27, 2021

This is the worst company i ever met. I was cooperated with many of them. Such unloyalty with VIP customers i have never met. One month i spent more then 5000$ and they give me 40$ as bet credits!
