I had read previous reviews of this organization so I was a little bit concerned about this website. I bet on the UFC fights tonight I lost one but for the main event I bet on Jan Blachowicz and I won. I cannot even log on to that website since they cannot find my account! I was absolutely meticulous about all of my information since I wanted to collect, and I copied my passwords into a Samsung file. Never again! I used disposable visa cards since they wouldn't accept my bank card. With my bank card I would of had some leverage by challenging the charge. U live u learn. Never again. Disgusting Incompetent Mess, firstly their live chat is by far the worst in history of bookmaker services, only coral was worst as you could be waiting a hour but 365 excel coral by far, i just joined the chat 7th in queue, 45 mins later i am 2nd, another 15 mins later i am still 2nd, PATHETIC. If you are not having phone lines available probably to do with covid then at least have more than 1 live chat agent working... you really are totally incompetent. My brother in law and myself were contacting 365 on live chat 2 weeks ago it took 1 hour and 31 mins from 8th place to get to speak to somebody.. Garbage book. Misrepresents live odds on the main page and then when you click on the match, there are two different scores, which induces losing bets. My account was recently closed due to “trader review” after being a client with them for 12 years. My bets are average, nothing crazy, and while yes in the short term I might be up a small amount, long term I’m down. When contacting them they gave zero information as to why the account was closed. Their vague “trader review” and using a term like “nature of my business” in their emails to me made me think fraud was going on. Contacted my legal council, he strongly advised me to pry further and ensure that there’s no fraudulent activity going on. Despite over 10 messages, emails, chat discussions with bet365 I get no where. Their customer service is horrible. If you’re just looking to bet a few £/$ on their site, fine. They’ve always had a solid layout, good betting options. But if you ever need to cash out, have a problem, or anything that requires them to “help”... well good luck. I would strongly suggest exploring other options when betting. Not to say my instance is going to happen to everyone, but just know the risk and potential headache you’re getting yourself into with them. March 04, 2021

Absolute disgraceful site, avoid at all costs or sign up at your own peril. Played for just over 3 months on the European and (un) realistic roulette, every session without fail as soon as I increased the bet on the sections I was chasing it would land a number from my section approximately every 5-8 spins then immediately run another 5-8 spins till it landed another of my numbers, the spins inbetween it kept repeating a losing number regularly, when I contacted them regarding this unfair play their poxy customer service response was to shift blame to me and refer me to responsible gambling. If I could give zero stars I would. I had my account which I've used for years closed for absolutely no reason at all, hadn't even used my account in days. when I got onto the chat to find out, the reason I was giving was "Following a review on your account, your account has been closed on a permanent basis. I appreciate it is not the information you were expecting today, however, this is a management decision taken at bet365 discretion. " I asked why as I hadn't broken any rules and was told, "whilst I appreciate this is pretty vague, there is no other information we would look to or be required to provide behind this decision.
