I still haven’t got my funds that I withdrew from mid Dec 2020. Just got of the phone with them yesterday and the same “our payment team is looking into it and will contact you”. I haven’t received one email and it has been over a month. This company really thinks I’ll forget about my funds and stop calling. Can someone help me with my options of taking the next step. I opened and account with them about 15 days back. In my opinion the interface is nice and usable but the customer service is another story. After 15 days my account is still not verified, I cannot withdraw money and my account should be closed in 15 days. I wrote several emails to the customer service with the data they were asking from me and still nothing. Disappointed with this site, thought it was a solid betting company, but they proved me otherwise. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them. January 30, 2021
