There’s so much technical and glitches which hinder your waging a bet. Sometimes when it sees you’re about cashing out on a bet you’re winning, it tells you it cannot determine your location even though it allowed you to place the bet at the same location. It’s very sketchy and when you contact customer service, it’s just a waste of time cuz nothing better is done about it. March 16, 2021

I placed an in play bet on the Sonderjyske game for over 2.5 goals at the weekend. They scored and I cashed out immediately. Some time later the goal was disallowed but the funds were still in my account. The bet was settled. Around 30 minutes later, the bet became unsettled as the goal had been disallowed. However, no cash out was provided for this bet. Cash out was available on the same bet if I had placed it 'new' at that point. There was no difference with my bet, other than they had 're-settled' it. This seems like an opportunity by them to grab and keep my funds. Bet365 should have either provided cash out or waited to unsettle the bet until the game had finished. March 15, 2021

I'm just wondering to other poker players out there on this site I joined it four weeks ago and within two weeks I enjoyed much success which I thought was great. I consider myself a good poker player having won 6 and cashed in many other tournaments in big casinos globally. Now I am aware there are many bad players and happy go lucky players on line but by studying the games I've been involved in of late I can pretty much predict to nearly 80% success rate what cards are going to come out on an all in especially after the top up break. The most recent one is somebody calling a 250 grand all in putting themselves out of the tournament if the hit and lo and behold 2 4s came on the flop and which I predicted. I am aware of the use of bots on all these sites but that is just blatant. This site needs to be closely looked at ad it seems you win up to a point and then its all reclaimed. This may sound like bad beat syndrome but by studying it its much to obvious and the gaming council should take an independent look. March 12, 2021

Please can anyone experienced problems with withdraw this 3-4 months. When i withdraw they give me just one option(bank wire transfer) but i wait 10-12 days and my funds return on my bet account. Please be aware of their cash out offers. They are taking your winning bets back if it suits them. I had a bet that I won and cashed it out before it finished for the amount they offered and they took the bet back, when I talked to them they said a gesture of good will they will only give me the money I put on the bet, not the winnings they offered me on cash out. I am sure if I wasn't right they wouldn't have gave me anything. Just be very careful with cash out or use different betting sites, loads of them have way better odds. March 07, 2021
