I legitimately was winning $289,000+ off the first 4 winning legs of my Multi and then the 5th leg started to drift so I went to do cash out they had intentionally brought their app and their website down for what they said was a Planned Outage but I never saw a pre-notification. they gave me $1,000 and my bet back. I have taken this matter to the regulator in Australia who did nothing, and I am about to go on National Television about it.
