You wont find a company who aren worse at customer service than bet365, literally do not care email responses are poor and not addressing the point, phone lines still not working and live chat do not help. Put restrictions on accounts for no valid reason even though do not bet to an excess and they take offence when giving technical feedback rather than addressing it. May 20, 2022

I decided to just close my account and play some where else as these were asking me all types of personal questions in which in turn put me under pressure to not answer truthfully.
