Terrible website, signed up and deposited £7 and got an email 7 mins later saying “your account has been closed due to the nature of your business” before I had placed a single bet. They have no reason to say this when all I’ve done is give them money! Their live chat makes you wait half an hour to speak to someone who then just sends the same message as the email and closes the chat. Worst betting company in the world

Don’t bother going with this betting company they say there website is busy when on champions league games when it’s not so people can’t cash out and when you win money they suspend your account and ask you to verify it but asking for your driving license passport ect then say they need to have a phone call and your number then don’t call you and when you go on live chat get the same answer I still don’t have my 80 quid I won

It's a very rare high maintenance shut downs, but in general works work. Easy to use and odds can be much better than others.

This company needs reporting - what a complete scam - four of us opened an account to benefit from the 5x £10 free bets and all of us have been blocked and cannot take up the offer. Looking at other reviews we are not alone and this company should be taken to court. May 21, 2022

So far it’s been 3 weeks since I can get my withdrawal ($1800) - I’ve chatted with them numerous times and confirmed everything but there’s always an excuse. Not sure when I can finally get my money - very frustrating! Would not recommend if you gamble more than a minimum amountMay 21, 2022

If could 0 stars I would. You wont find a company who aren worse at customer service than bet365, literally do not care email responses are poor and not addressing the point, phone lines still not working and live chat do not help. Put restrictions on accounts for no valid reason even though do not bet to an excess and they take offence when giving technical feedback rather than addressing it.
