I contacted live chat to ask why and was told, after the agent had "looked into it" that - I quote - "Following a management review of the account I can confirm they have the decision to close your account on a permanent basis with no option to reopen. You will no longer be able to use bet365 as a service. Unfortunately, no further information can be provided. Our management team reviews accounts regularly and on this occasion have decided that you will be unable to use bet385 moving forward. "This "management review" must have happened incredibly fast(. I can only assume they do this randomly to large numbers of people, and mysteriously pocket all your initial deposits, which seems supported by the volume of bad reviews, which I wish I'd checked first. They are useless with everything they do. Terrible customer service, if you can even call it that. Just a general lack of care when it comes to sorting your issue. Joke of a site, closed my account down with no justifiable reason. I get in contact with the team and they tell me that my account will be fully closed. I ask for a contact number of the people who make these decisions and was told that there is no one I can speak to apart from the live chat team. AVOID USING THIS SITE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! thank me later

ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS! had an accumulator on for 6 teams all teams winning cashed out for £60 bet was to win £100. Cashed out and left £10 on my account all of a sudden get a message saying the odds were incorrect and instead of £60 it should have been £18. They then put my account in arrears and took the £10 I left on the account and settled the rest in “ good will “. How can they offer you the odds, you win and then all of a sudden the odds were incorrect and you owe them money? Dodgiest company ever!
