Shocking gameplay. Played Dragons Luck on bet365 went through my £20 at 40p spins so 50 spins altogether and not a single win after 50spins! This game has an RTP of over 96% and I play it regularly on other sites and you get something back after every 4 0r 5 spins but on bet365 a big fat zero. I have sent them emails questioning the operation of this game on their site compared to other sites and have not had a reply. Shocking customer service and obviously Dragons luck is either malfunctioning or it's rigged.

Such a bad company - avoid. I signed up on their welcome offer, put in my first £10 and they restricted my account. So went on to live chat and they said they had closed it permanently and were unable to say why. I work full time, great credit history, no one else in my household so I have no idea what kind of person they are looking for to sign up to their account. Disgusting customer serviceMay 10, 2022

Stay far away from this scam website, I had accumulator of 20 odds and only 1 team was left, yet they didn't allow me to "my bets" section to cashout my bet while the team was winning, I was able to enter that page only when game was over and my pick was lost. Horrible website
