Opened account first time online for FA Cup. On Monday they closed my account due to Trading Decision. What does that mean? I complain and they say they can't give me any further information. then they take a further 5 days to refund me. Hope I can do the same to them if they ever want to use my services.

Terrible website, signed up and deposited £7 and got an email 7 mins later saying “your account has been closed due to the nature of your business” before I had placed a single bet. They have no reason to say this when all I’ve done is give them money!
