Opened an account yesterday & deposited £20. Then got a request to 'verify account' by submitting identity details. The page for this doesn't work so if I wanted to place a bet I couldn't. Then later I tried to sign in again with the correct username & password [Absolutely correct details. ] & it said it didn't recognise the details. So I have decided to lose the 20 quid & go elsewhere. AVOID BET365 like the plague which is doing a disservice to the plague.

I self excluded myself for life several years ago. I recently tried and got back on and was verified within agew minutes. then I lost a boat load. I messaged them asking for my money back snd they closed my account with funds still inside.

B365 give bookmaker’s a bad name. Just like many other reviewers mention, my account has been closed “your account has been closed due to the nature of your business” No further explanation and you are not allowed to ask why! It all starts with a message on your app “your account has now been restricted”, then emails they don’t bother answering, live chat which you wait for ages and they provide no answers, an agreed callback the following day that never happens and finally an email to say your account is closed and that is final. Very poor customer service in my opinion and although I appreciate they can choose their customers, but why not just provide a fair reason for the ones you don’t want, like winners maybe!

Awful site! Literally put two bets down on the horse won both and apparently their “trading department” has closed my account and any other accounts I try to make on their site. This site is absolutely diabolical and I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this terrible site!
