I have played on many sites, but this is by far the worst customer service. I had a bonus which was not added to balance. Tried to contact support couldn't get through to live agent until i clicked issues depositing. Been in a que for 1 hour 15 minutes. Que was apparently 6 long. Got to next in que and the supposed person they are dealing with has been ongoing for 25 minutes. Ive just connected whilst writing this after 1 hour 18 mins. I spoke to agent Kerenza, they are trying to say they can't see the promotion on my account. It has been emailed to me and also on my promotion page. They have now agreed to credit the bonus funds after 15 minutes. All resolved after over 2 hours of trying.

I have been using betway for more than 2 years and this time I won 44500/- INR and I withdraw this amount but after few days, I found that the status is same and amount is not credited to my bank account. I tried to contact the live agent multiple times and for that I have to wait for more than 2 hours daily. Luckily, I got the chance to talk with live agent and once I provide my details as per their requirements, they checked my details and suddenly block my verified account without any notice. This is really worst thing I faced in my life. Don't waste your time playing in this website. I only want your money, they will not give your money back whatever you will win. They are cheated on everyone. I read all their reviews in the last 2-3 days and found that many people having the same problem as me. Feel very nervous because they blocked 44500/- INR. This is a very big amount for me. I have proof of my chat with support team as well.

I'm facing the same experience like others, I have submitted my withdrawal on 20th sep, From past 5 days it's stuck in the status of 'processing completed'And the amount Is 28500... Customer service are useless... Since thy don't have any answer.. This is really bad......

If I could give zero stars I would. They took £25 from my account and didn’t credit it. I’ve had this happen with others sites and it gets held (shows as pending) and eventually gets returned so I wasn’t worried. Deposited £25 again, this time successfully. But- the money is not pending from my bank anymore- it’s actually been taken and betway are being awful about it. I’ve sent screenshots showing it’s left my account but apparently there’s not enough detail- that’s all I’ve got. They STOLE my money and now won’t give it back. Not the first time they’ve tricked me but will be the last- will be closing my account. STAY AWAY FROM BETWAY!

I made with withdrawals on 21 and 23 of INR 55000. Processing Completed, when contacted their customer support told me there is slight delay in payments, even she said they dont about timeframes, very ridiculous. They r cheaters

I have kept the withdrawal of 15500 INR 9days back they haven't processed my withdrawal and when I contacted them one agent will say amount has been paid and when I again contacted them they say due internal delay of payments withdrawal is still not processed. They will not say appropriate time frame for withdrawal and they don't even care of customer withdrawals.
