I left a review four days ago regarding an unpaid bet and an unissued free bet. I have just recieved a reply stating that my free bet had been issued on 03/06/20 which it had £10 of a £30 new customer offer. The bet i was referring to was 05/06/20 the football bet won at 13/10 3-1 no winnings were paid no free bet was given. Betway stated that their 'Traders' have decided the bet was settled correctly? and sent a link to a "how to contact us" which again sends you in circles. There is no phone number no live chat no email the only way to get a response from Betway is to put a negative review here on Trust pilot. If you have a dispute on pay outs they will just blame a third party their 'Traders' irrelevant on the facts. If you don't believe these facts please open an account and then try and contact them!. I recommend that if you want an online betting site use Coral or Betfred absolutely do not waste your money on Betway.

Ignored! Ask to respond to private message and then nothing! Clearly lots of bad reviews recently from others and still I'm not told why my account was shut after 1/2hr of opening? Taking my complaint to IBAS as getting no where added to the fact there's no customer service at Betway! Poor poor experience.

I can't believe people still use this awful excuse for a bookies. Plenty proper bookies out there. I got restricted after trying to place £5 on a 4/1 1st goalscorer bet, I wasn't even winning with them. Comical I sent a couple of emails and Live chat to ask why, the response was that they don't have to give me a reason. Absolute joke. They would only allow me 80p bets.. PMSL Joke Site.

I credited my account with £10 and placed a bet on a football match, i was supposed to get an introductory £10 free bet for this and recieved nothing, my bet won and i was paid nothing. When i tried to contact Betway via the help or contact us, it just sends you in circles. The customer support emails comes back as 'no longer in use please use help or contact us on website', thus sending you back to where you started.

If you win you'll get this message: "... you’ll no longer be eligible for Free Bets, Bonuses, Best Odds Guaranteed or Betway Plus Loyalty Points". Furthermore they will reduce the betting to a couple of dollars per bet. Ridiculous! Stay Away!

I deposited money using my app sent to that account they gave me but it didn't reflex but I gone to my account and I've got and sms for a proof but I couldn't get. Help is seems my money is gone.

I am honestly shocked by the behaviour of the customer service. I am restricted only on sports as everyone is with this company but not casino. I opted into and completed an offer on casino for free bets for goals and did not receive my free bets. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and the emails I have received are shocking. I have been told I am restricted by all, then told I didn't opt in insinuating I am a liar, then I've been told if I can opt in I can do the offers and so on and STILL this fraufulent company will not honour my free bets because they are insinuating I am a liar when I categorically did in fact opt in and placed the relevant wagering requirements. I will be taking this further and reporting them to their relevant governing body because their treatment of customers is shocking. AVOID.

i made a 50 dollers interac withdraw with them.1-2 days latter i get the e transfer email but betway did not send me a the password so i contacted thire support and asked for the password they said try gigadat and Gigadat i tried it and it the trasaction locked because it was wrong thanks betway support. and now that im looking to get my money back they are passing me around and playing with me saying ohh we cant do anything contact gigadat or interac to get a cancelled interac back. DONT MAKE SENCE What they are saying u cant do that its cancelled. so i contacted gigadat and interac and both told me they cant help me and i send thire response to betway but still they are playing with me. i even send them my bank account statement clearly showing no money. i dont know if im gonna get my 50 back from betway. but betway serisly? u gonna scam me for 50 dollers? guess what cool because if u kill me i wont make a deposit with these people who dont want to help you when u wanna withdraw and pass u around like its not thire problem and they want to keep the withdraw and play around until u give up on ur withdraw THIS IS HOW BETWAY WORK. and btw i made a withdraw with another company with interac i got it in 2 days no playing around like betway.
