I did the mistake to create an account with them. I lost some money but still had some in my account. Then they blocked my account. They asked my documents which already had sent, I send them again and again and again and again. My driving licence, my passport, a bill with my address, a picture of me. Every time the send a confirmation email that they will review my documents and come back to me in 24 hours. They never do. I email them they never answer. There is a telephone to call only to hear that the number is not working for UK customers and must chat with them. When you chat they ask for your documents! It is been now more than 4 months, more than 10 emails and more than 2 times I chated. The result? My account is still blocked and they keep MY money with no reason at all. And I lost money. I am guessing that if I won they would have send someone at my home to terrorise me not withdraw my money. I wonder how they allow them to operate. Someone must shut them down. There plenty of other choices out there. Prefer them.

I have been using Betway for quite awhile but have never withdrawn, I recently attempted to withdraw $100 on August 22nd and have still not received my winnings. I attempted live chat on many occasions to sort this out to no avail. My first interaction was after a week and an agent told me my withdraw would arrive soon. It did not. I than attempted again multiple time and never got an agent once after 40 minutes of waiting on multiple occasions until I got an agent who said my withdraw was being reviewed and I would receive an email with info on the situation. I did not. Today I attempted again twice to contact live chat to no avail and on both occasions after 45 minutes of waiting my live chats automatically closed. My experience on the site was good however my withdraw experience has been nothing but frusturation and for this I highly suggest you do not use this site.

I have $1816.00 in a Betway account. I have been trying to withdraw it since July 29th. They asked for documents which I sent over 3.5 weeks ago and they confirmed it was approved. They will not send me my money, I’ve checked in with them daily via live chat and email. This has crippled my mental health as I need this money and this entire situation has caused me so much frustration, anxiety and stress. It’s is completely corrupt. My aunt works for a major news station and I am trying to build a piece for her with all other reviews like this so the public knows and more people aren’t scammed. PLEAE PAY ME MY MONEY!

I made a withdrawal of £200 4 days ago to the account from which I deposited, and today I receive an email saying that they could not deposit my money, but I should go in and try again, but the balance is 0, unbelievable! I do not recommend!

I had not played at this website for over two years and played a lot of money last Sunday, August 28, 2022. Apparently, my depositing and playing large amounts of money triggered something, a red flag, that has resulted in my account being locked.1. You are not informed that if you play over $1000.00 on the same day that they will lock your account.2. You are then told, oh, we don't know why your account is locked but your account is being reviewed, and we will contact you.3. They don't tell you when they will contact you unless you go on their website and get a person in the live chat. I was informed that I would not be contacted until September 3, which is an error because the 3rd is on a Saturday and they don't work during the weekend.4. I do not recommend this online casino at all andall I want is my last deposit back; they will probablyask for all kinds of documents to let me have my money back. Horrible online casino!

I deposited $700 into my betway account by etransfer and it didn’t show up on my gaming account. It was auto deposited by payper inc and the funds left my bank account. I have been contacting customer support for over one week and have not received my money back. My money is missing and I have sent several screenshots of evidence showing that the etransfer succesfully deposited. I spoke to their customer service agents by chat and received many difference responses saying they assured me my money would be returned in 2-3 business days. I have not received it. I don’t understand why there is no phone line for such a large site. I contacted my bank who advised me to involve the police for theft of funds. The bank stated that the vendor needs to transfer the money back. I asked several times on chat to speak to a manager and my request was ignored. Looking to take legal action at this point.

I opened a Betway account to compare to the betting website I normally use. Deposit £50, receive £50 bonus. After registering my details, including debit card, I tried to place my £50 first deposit but my bank refused to authorise. Strange, as I had a 4-figure sum in account (which I checked). I also checked the details were correct on Betway's website. Tried a few more times with same result. I then used one of the other options of paying direct from my bank account which went through no problem. When I didn't receive the £50 bonus, I contacted Customer Services only to be told that hidden away in the small print of the T&Cs, was the rule bonuses were only given if a debit card was used to make first deposit. I can't believe such an important condition wasn't clearly stated. A silly and unnecessary way to lose a new customer.

I have been using Betway for a few years and never had any significant issues. Recently I attempted to make a withdrawal for a decent amount of money and after the withdrawal process concluded, (it took about two weeks) I never received a dime. I have sent multiple documents of proof to their support email and they have not helped in the slightest. Betways ability to communicate with its users is a joke. I would stay clear of using this app these days.
