I have also deposited £100 and it has not shown in my account, I have emailed 3 different emails which then I received a message saying they are not actively monitored, I called a telephone number which again cut me off saying the same. I cannot believe how a regulated company has NO customer support, making it virtually impossible to contact. A disgrace I'm now £100 down and can't connect them.
