I had deposited ₹1000 on 24th September by UPI. But it has not been credited even after 7 days! My money is gone and their decoy help mechanisms will only make you more frustrated. This is a fraud bookmaker DON'T DEPOSIT MONEY, you won't ever see it again.

I have 4000 rupees in my betway account but I'm unable to withdraw them, as it's asking to verify my Identity (tho they verified my identity while registering) to withdraw. After n times trying to upload them all I get is "can't reach the servers try again later" I'm unable to upload my identification proofs and can't contact customer support what now should I forget my money? I opened my account yesterday and added INR 200 for trial via Gpay but no point has been credited in my account (bank account debited). There is no option to raise a complain as for live chat it says, experiencing high volume (since 16 hours). Also, app is super slow on adroid.
