I am indian. I deposited money 5000 yesterday.. but they didn't get into my wallet.. poor service from beltway.. pls check my transaction.. add my money

I placed a bet on the San Diego Padres to win and after extra innings they did but o the winning selection part, after the match, it said I picked draw. Tried getting in contact with support but they kept telling me they di not see the bet and that it has been escalated. Kinda makes me regret not screenshotting the bet placed during the match because this isnt the first time. I'm afraid my money is long gone and that future Betway customers have a look at reviews before they join. I'll definitely be calling out betway and hoping for a resolution before I start rightfully dragging their name through the mud as much as I can.

I opened an account with Betway and was lucky enough to get a few winners on a few different bets, they paid out on the bets and I even had bonus from the best odds guarantee. I withdrew some money and left money in the account to continue playing with. That is when the problems started, they were refusing what seemed like most bets saying the stake exceeded the maximum allowed. I asked why (over the chat option) and they explained that industry practises review accounts and decide which bets can and cannot be accepted. I would understand if they were huge stakes but they were only what I would normally place with other websites (nothing the industry would find alarming). They even refused a £40 win on a 9/2 shot but would allow me to place a £7.63 win or a similar amount. I received an e mail stating - We’ve recently reviewed your Betway account – and have taken the decision that you will no longer be eligible for any sports promotions. This means that you’ll no longer be eligible for Free Bets, Bonuses, Best Odds Guaranteed or Betway Loyalty Points. You can continue to bet with us as usual and any promotions you’ve already placed qualifying bets for or Free Bets recently used will not be affected. Our decision is final and will not be overturned, but should you have any questions about any offers you have qualified for then please contact our support team. HOWEVER - I am able to wager ANY amount on their slot machines or casino but my sports bets would be limited, they were extremely limited. I have closed my account and will transfer to elsewhere that will accept them. The first withdrawal took 5 days to hit my account, keen to see how long the balance will take to be returned. It would appear that they will give you anything to entice you and as long as you are losing money they are ok, if you win however it seems to upset them and they put restrictions on your account to limit your ability to win!

I just registered today after seeing 100% bonus offer upto Rs. 8000. I deposit through neybanking of 8000 Rs. same has been debited from my bank account but not received in my betway account. after contacting support team through online chat she said money not received to them and need to wait for min 45 minutes incase this will not received i will automatically get refunded to my account. look like a scam.

I diposited more than £3000 within last three months but all bet I lose but 1 bet I won around £1200 and made the withdraw they refusing to pay my winning customer service is worse experience I ever. They don't reply on email they don't pick up phone some how I manage to chat with different college they all said different story some one said it's has been paid some said paid to different card. The thing is that I used two bank card one is my self 1 is my joint account with my wife's name on it but I send all the documents to their support groups but no response. Full group of scammer they take your diposite without as as asking anything but when you win they ask for excuses....... Worse be careful guys don't open account with this froudester. Any one advice me how can I take this complaints to the gambling commission.... And please don't use betway.. froud... If you have account close from today....

I Made an account today at betway, deposited a tenner the site isn’t worth a ****!, the reason for this review is one little detail that annoyed me, you see I have a bad habit of self excluding casino’s I’ve only just joined this site, so I made my way to the responsible gambling page, and to self exclude your account you have to click a link, the link says- I Want To Self-Exclude Because I Have A Gambling Problem, I swear to you all who is reading, I gamble £10 a week £20 if I feel up for it never usually and to imply I have a gambling problem or anyone who wants to close their account be prepared to have these jokers rubbing salt in your wounds when you’ve had enough, absolute disgusting. I came on here to kill time and a bit shocked by some of the negative comments - felt obliged to put my 2pence in... I love Betway! Really good games on the casino and have plenty of market leading boosts on their Sportsbook! No issues with withdrawals but have read somewhere that they stake restrict a lot of people, hopefully doesn’t happen to me: ( Can’t fault them at this point!

I made a deposit of 50 on the 21 aug all went though fine got the 50 up to 500 pound went to make a withdrawal though all ok as it was a Friday would go though on Monday go to sign in money they have locked my account and the web advisor are say that the management team made the decision to lock my account and recover the funds because means reset my account to 0 for no reason at all it’s a joke and your can’t even ring to argue the point as of COVID 19 I just want the money I’m owed so I can leave this scam of a website

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews but Betway is a really an excellent betting site. Only issue i faced is during sports betting the bets were settled late sometimes. Except that everything is perfect
