I'm sorry I have to resort to Trustpilot but am frustrated at being unable to contact Betway. I have recently opened an account with them and find they are really hard to contact. You just go around in circles trying to contact them with live chat. I had a small bet last night on a game that was postponed and have yet to receive a refund for it. They settled the winning and losing bets quickly enough to be fair, so why not the postponed one? They are very slow on this. Hopefully they will refund it but it would be nice to be able to contact them. I've managed to find their e-mail address and sent a message that way.

I am from India. If you go to other casino sites such as 1XBET, ROYALPANDA they have minimum limit of 50rs but on Betway it is only 25rs. They are very serious with the relationship with Indian coustmers. I don't why so many negative reviews are here but I am happy with services they are providing. Then they asked for further information, my t4, banking statement, and there asking who a certain person is sending me Etransfers. Is this aloud? inplay live play clock is often incorrect, you place and bet, them all of a sudden several minutes come of the clock instantly, when betting on basketball makes a serious impact if betting on pints scored, today just nutts placed a bet saying 9 minutes to go in 1st quarter score was like 20 at this point so bet over 189 points then scoreboard goes to 2 minutes left and above or below 169 points, 7 minutes of play just vanished.... so ok i deal with mistakes, but same thing just happened in a nba game and i noticed error as im wating game life, unlike bet earlier were they took my money this time as my bets winning they voided my bet.... come on this is nutts ok i bet -2 on orlando you had game unstarted but orlander were up 3 so a early bet unlike previous one.... if you make a error then void both bets not just one im winning on...

I joined up with betway less than 2 weeks ago, im based in the UK and after registering wasn't allowed to deposit until my account was verified. Didn't take long Todo so next night used there 100percent bonus. 250 + 250, there choice of slots is limited to either micro gaming or if you search netent. Both providers can be stupidly difficult to win on, microgaming for quick bonuses and at best an average of 20x per bonus. Netent well if you time them wrong no amount of money will get you a bonus. So as for slot choice id say choose carefully and understand your providers. There is some big-time gaming like danger so that's a bonus. So I lost the first deposit. The next day did another 270ish and hit big on roulette very lucky, so now the important part. I withdrew 40 first from the 1300 I had won, no word of a lie it took less than 1 hour on Saturday to hit my bank account. So I withdrew another 800, this was slower to go through, I'm guessing due to the amount and the next day it had been approved and paid. Checked my account after coming home from work and it was paid into my account the same day. Typical casino though and stupid me didn't withdraw again and every slot I played on a range of 40p and 60p was dead. If you must play, play live dealer but do not play their table blackjack. It is 100% rigged. I have lost ridiculous amounts playing perfect strategy on a game with a supposedly miniscule house edge over thousands of hands. Gasp in amazement as they never bust on 6 or 5, scream in frustration as they hit 20 or 21 on every double you attempt. The casinos win level is mathematically impossible. You will not and cannot ever win. DO NOT PLAY THEIR RIGGED BLACKJACK.

If there was a minus star ide of given 5 as absolutely no gaming rules. pulling me along and just as a big bet is placed for a game it freezes and turns back on only to find yet again my money is sucked. dont be fooled like me
