Had a few bets and lost. Bet365 were happy to take the bets and my money. Then I put some bigger bets that on which were accepted and processed online. The bets get up, then I’m only paid out for a $25 bet! This company is a scam and is stealing people’s money. Illegal operations, they should be shut down and fined.

Do not sign for this website is a scam, they wont honour the bets when you win. Then they ask to verify the account due to further verification purposes and all of a sudden they just cancelled it. No explanation did not let me get the money out and never answer the emails. Do not use it, pure SCAM!

I am advised that 'certain restrictions' have been placed on my account. I have £85 in credit and i bet small amounts occasionally. I haven't won much. But i cant use the account. No proper explanation. Where would you get another business treating a customer in this manner. Its quite mind boggling in terms of the poverty of customer empathy. AVOID

Get 365 used to be an ok site but the BINGO HAS ALWAYS BEEN restricted to certain areas of the country who win all the time if you complain u then win for a couple days then back to normal same players from same areas win all the time my opinion is its FIXED

DON’T USE THIS SITE! IT’S A SCAMMy husband and I wanted to bet on the super bowl this year. We don’t gamble often so this was just a fun thing for us to do. We started our own accounts and used our joint account debit card to add funds to each. It was only $100 per account so nothing crazy. When my husband went to start placing bets it restricted him because the debit card we used was under my name. He has his own card but we didn’t think it would matter. It clearly did so we added another $100 to my account and figured we would withdraw the money after the super bowl. It’s March 10th, we have email correspondence and live chat correspondence and we have only got the ring around and nothing has been done. They asked us to prove we it came from a joint account and we did that. They have stolen our money and I’m curious how many other ppl they have done this to. The CEO is a billionaire and you would think… why would they need my measly $100. This is how they make money. Stealing unused money from accounts. To add insult to injury both my account and my husbands accounts have been deleted.

I have a winning bet that has been locked away in the unsettled category which I am unable to cash in as one game was postponed but they still can’t verify this after 48 hours, I found out by doing a simple Google search that it was postponed. Useless people on the “live chat” give you the same old rubbish about waiting for it to be verified. No phone number to ring either, avoid like the plague,
