Funny it doesn’t allow you to do zero stars. I transitioned over to the Ontario Canada site. Soon as I did that the old site and all my history was gone. I had 2 live parlay bets still going with both parlays having one wager left on both parlays. That was a horse named Echo Zulu racing in the Kentucky Oaks on May 6, 2022. First check it was offering me a $62 cash out and the second ticket was offering me $162 cash out. As of Sunday when they did the transition to the new Ontario site they cashed out the one parlay for $62 and the other one they only cashed out the original $15 but not the $162 cash out that was available before the transition to the new site. You can’t speak to a live agent anymore, you cannot bet on horse racing on this Ontario site anymore and the live chat agent I dealt with Liam S, was as useless as two **** on a bull. He just gave the standard answers to blow me off since they hide behind the computer and won’t allow you to speak to a live agent ( good Ol Liam S blamed COVID as to why I couldn’t speak to a live agent). When I requested a supervisor he said supervisor just told him that his understand and I won’t be paid anymore money. I will guarantee you there will be a lot of legal inquiries going after these group of common thieves. The ugly that owns the company, do you think she doesn’t have enough money, still she’s going to burn us little guys for buckle and dime amounts. I read the email and I know my option was to have them cash out the full amount available for cash out last Sunday but they did what they wanted to do on the one ticket. Calm and thieves and I know Karma will come back to bite them on the *** if it hasn’t already. I feel sorry for the people that are getting ******* on huge bets while she keeps pocketing more money in her account the Fing. Go yourself Ontario bet365. I should’ve known better when I was doing well a few years ago all of a sudden they took away the parlay bonus because I was winning. I stuck with it anyway and was making some money and now they burn me for dollars when they transition to the new site. Time to read between the lines fellas. I’ll put my money somewhere else in a more legitimate company like Betway.

found out today im excluded from promos and free bets because im coming back to gambling following my self exclusion. which was 5 years ago that lasted a couple of weeks. im a loyal long term customer who has filled your pockets and you dont want to give anything back. thats fine take my 1 star review because its fully right. live chat no compassion robots. i wont be using you filthbags anymore. then you withhold information to me about my own account. shocking behaviour but i wouldn't expect anything less from you

Decent enough site. However, been putting up with glitches for a while now (on both mac & pc - esp. mac). So have called it a day and withdrawn funds. Plenty of other sites out there!

Disgraceful, £90 not paid out due to some sort of glitch on live roulette, 40 mins to get through on chat, 20 minutes more to be transferred and after 90 minutes I gave up. Just awful. These things shouldn’t happen in the first place but when they do they should at least try and put it right. Wish I’d seen these reviews before I joined.

Great for sports betting with some of the best odds amongst the big online sites. Offers are a lot less gimmicky than many of the others and tend to remain consistent throughout the year. They don't seem as keen to reel in ADHD match betters as the likes of PaddyPower. After the sign-up offer, it's unlikely you'll see many, "bet x, get free bet" offers, instead free bets are something Bet365 give out regularly to customers who are in good standing, with no strings attached. It's a more relaxed, mature approach and I like it.

Horrific customer service. Keep your money. Been on a chat with 'Ben SH' in which was appalling customer service. Doesn't acknowledge or care and then instantly closed the chat session without asking if there was anything else I would need. I WOULD AVOID

Having been a bet365 customer for several years, mostly without any issues whatsoever, I recently encountered a problem with the desktop site. Essentially, I would log in and try to place a bet, only to be instantly logged out. Rince and repeat, effectively making the desktop site useless. I also became aware that I wasn't alone in encountering this issue with the desktop site, speaking with friends and researching feedback via fellow bet365 customers. After communicating my issue and experience to bet365 customer service and their technical departments, it quickly became clear they could offer no solutions beyond standard canned responses (clear browser cookies, etc) and lacked interest in helping. Indeed, I was constantly instructed to seek help via the online chat function, rather than email, despite the fact I couldn't access that or any other functions via the desktop site! This experience is most unfortunate and while the mobile application usually works without any issues, it feels like bet365 no longer care about customers who prefer using the desktop site. Needless to say, highly disappointed with the poor customer service experience at bet365 and have taken my custom elsewhere.

Had an account 1 day! Deposited £10 in line with the offer to receive 50 in free bet credits which I never received. Because I won £30 off the initial £10 deposit leaving me £20 in profit, they closed my account as a business decision!
