Had two bets on today. One won and one lost. Both disappeared after said match. My winnings and initial bet money were no longer available in my account. I contacted the customer service who were insistent that I had never place either bet in the first place. My bet was very small thankfully. However if it was substantial bet365 would still claim I had placed no bets. Very concerning behaviour.

Hello, I joined Bet 365 in August 2020, after more than a year active on the platform, they started to send me a request for a secondary review of my equity within BET, which I filled in with all the requested information. They never worried about the amount I was losing within the platform, and after proving where the money comes from with my taxes, bank statements and all the questionnaires they sent me, they ended up blocking my account with BRL 10,757.50 of that amount. $10,000 is money that came from a deposit from my own bank account, they asked for another statement, which was unnecessary due to the amount of documents I had already sent before, the money is not earned within the platform, it is deposited from my account. Now, when I enter the site they say that I can withdraw money from my account and whenever I click "withdraw" they send me to a page that says my account is blocked. It has been difficult to maintain communication with them because the support is very slow and exhausting and I am feeling extremely embarrassed about this situation and so I want to immediately cancel my account as I could have evidence that they are not a platform I can trust and also get my money back. I'm a successful businessman and lawyer and I don't have the time to spend filing claims just to recover the money they seized without cause from me

I give this company 0 stars not 1! I signed up spent £10 on a horse race to receive £50 in free bets and as soon as they credited my account with the £50 free bets they closed my account for no reason what so ever so basically the reel you in with the offer of £50 free bets take your £10 off you and then close your account so basically false advertisement so avoid these cowboys at all costs!

I had issues all day login in to bet365 app and login on the website. I checked twitter and I'm not the only one. No one can login to their accounts. It's pathetic and terrible service! I messaged on the online chat as your phone lines where closed, I was 86th in the que. Finally I got to someone who called me by the wrong name and said they are experiencing issues with the login and said its going to be fixed. And hour an a half later I managed to login and place a bet, then lituraly 15mins alter that I can't login again and this been going on for hours. I have 7 or 8 bets but I can't check on them, can't cash out on them or put another betd on as cover. It's terrible experience and service. You can't have these issues for 6 hours, especially on weekends, what if I want to cash out my bets? How can I do it if I can't login and check?...

Horrific. I play the slots. They've never paid out. Set 100 a day deposit limit. Gone to over 1000 now and they have the audacity to ask me if I have. Problem gambling. I think after depositing 1000 they could at least give me a 500 win but bo thwy keep not paying out. Avoid

Hello, after a few wins in December, they made me a net deposit limit of 250 pounds, it is not possible to agree to take them off or increase the limit hehe, I was with them for a few, maybe even several years, they behaved poorly when you lose, they are not interested in your deposits, but if you win a few times these are already creating a problem, so I do not recommend them, I changed the bookmaker, best regards

Iv noticed this for a while but just thought I was unlucky but I don’t think it’s right anymore something needs done about these.. was playing blackjack but it’s nothing like real blackjack the dealer constantly gets blackjacks and face cards like 20s. I get a load of low cards and constantly got to hit Doesn’t matter if Iv got pretty decent cards like 19s 20s the dealer will get 21 almost all the time, the more money on the tablet threw splitting ect the more they will Grab and I say grab because that’s exactly what it is. Even before I see the dealers cards I could predict what he has or what he’s going to get it’s shocking they are aloud todo this to millions no doubt I won’t be back playing with them il just go to the real casino instead

I did a bank transfer the casino denied for 4 days having this then they finally admitting to having it but decided to not credit my account to send it back to the bank or so they say.. No refund gone in my bank and the bank can't see it pending. With the casino telling lies saying i did not make the deposit for 4 days how am I meant to believe they sent the refund.. The casino been unhelpful and managers refused to talk to me and £500 gone missing they dont care or dealing with it. The bank asked me to ask them to put a trace on it but they have not done this and every time i go on chat it's a different agent keep having to go through the story.
