Disgusting conning company! My husband set up an account and placed £10 bet on the National. Was supposed to get the £50 worth of free bets. Then get an email saying his account has been closed due to the nature of his business. He’s a roofer! Reading the other reviews it appears this is very common. Lying scum bags!

During grand National could not access app to view any cash outs unacceptable bye bye. Absolutely fuming.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Signed up for Bet365 using their bet £10 get £50 offer. No later than 30 minutes after I signed up, I've been told my account has been closed. Bet365 could not give me a reason as to this, I had not won nor lost a penny with them. Avoid like the plague, companies like this delete accounts the second they think there is even the smallest chance of winning. Absolute scammers!

Do not use if you are Canadian. I have been with them for 7 plus years and the last 4 days I can't use the site. Costumer service is horrible. The virtual assistant is useless. Getting an agent takes forever and they are also useless. They have no idea what is going on and give you canned answers don't deal with them

Horrific company don't bother with them, go to Paddy Power instead! I placed small bets to £5 worth on the Friday Aintree races, only to go back and find my account had been closed WITHOUT a refund, because sometimes 'the company decides it no longer wants to trade with someone'! if I could give less then a star, id give it a -10. been with them for over 15 years, and now this site had gone to ****! no one cares on their end anymore. customer service is completely non existent anymore.... can't speak with anyone... I haven't received my withdrawal after over a week, and they keep telling me nothing. it's never taken me longer then 48 hours in the past to revieve money, now since this new switch over.... over a week, and 365 could care less about looking Into it. Chris w was my customer service rep and he said I can't talk to a supervisor but said he past on the message to them and they confirmed... whatever that means... supervisor name is " apparently " Phoebe. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH 365. they have gone to **** in recent years and don't care about their customers one bit.

Horrible customer service and the wait times are too long, then the site crashes and you have to wait another 45 mins to an hour. Can never get a hold of anyone to talk and fix the problem.

Have to be honest, never had a problem with Bet365. Bet365 and Williamhill are the only bookies I trust. Can't understand the negative comments. They pay promptly, they honour all promises. If you're a mug, you can't blame them
