Disgusted! with the worst service of any gambling site I’ve ever used. Took advantage of their £10 bet and receive £50 back. Bet £10 on the national lost it and didn’t receive the bonus. Got the ‘ Due to the nature of my business we have decide to close your account. Cheated out of the bonus because they are obviously criminals and committing fraud. ‘ The nature of their business needs investigation by the police and watch dog. Never use Bet 365 they are maggots feeding off the honest public

Have been a regular customer for over 4 years now with recent changes in Ontario and having access to more sports books these guys shut down my account after it was verified and they take forever to verify you again. Then I opened a new account deposit funds and they take forever to verify it still haven't. The online chat are of no help either. Do not use this book they were good before not anymore il be moving my money to fan duel.

Grand National bet365 scamYes, I’m another unsatisfied ‘new’ customer - deposited my money, won a little back and then I get the email saying my account has been closed… no free £50 for me and it seems lots of others! What a complete scam this is! I’ve contacted ‘Watchdog’ watch this space…

I had the same experience as everyone else. Opened account for Grand National, but then they have closed my account due to the nature of my business! Apparently the decision cannot be changed and my account has been closed and I cannot use the £50 free bets I have in my account that were credited after signing up! Scam!

Do not use this site! as all of the below customers I was in the same situation. They advertised £50 if you bet £10On the grand national and then they cancelled your account so you can’t retrieve the free bets. Then you can’t get hold of them. Unbelievable I have reported to trading standards as I was dissatisfied with everything regarding this company. I have never used an online betting service I definitely won’t be using again. I do hope all these other people report them so they are actually looked into.

Decided to put a bet on yesterday for the Grand National, baring in mind that I rarely ever put bets on and gamble. The website crashed during the race for a few hours, only to then be able to finally log onto my account as I had an 'Each Way' bet on the favourite who came in 2nd! and my bets to say I had lost. It may have only been a few quid back on top of my bets but it's the principle of Bet365 just taking Winnings.! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Disgusting service. Website crashed. Then when back up & running can't access my account through no fault of my own. Despite numerous attempts to resolve & obtain pass codes which don't work I tried the live chat service. Impossible to get through as you get kicked out when you get near the front of the queue. This firm needs investigating & banned from operating.

I had free £5 bet on the football I did win but no settled Bet or money showing in my account... I will be deleted my account vile site on the slots and bingo never ever win.. hurry up and get closed down
