Just horrific.... won £3,201 with them and logged on to withdraw my cash only to have my account locked (this is after I have already verified by ID and made 4 withdrawals for amounts around £500 which have hit my bank). They asked for 3 months bank statements to assess my source of income, I had to pay for these out of my own pocket but did so and submitted these to them, was told 1 working day to review them maximum 5 if they are busy. 2 weeks later and 10 visits to live chat and I'm still nowhere nearer. Just keep getting fobbed off by live chat saying there's no update but i'll be emailed when there is. Total lies and the biggest scam going, I won't be leaving this alone. Once I have my money i'll really make this company pay I don't care how much it costs me in legal fees.

Leo Vegas deducted withdrawl fees disguised as exchange fees for me in Canada. I was shocked and do not play there anymore because of it.

Don't go near Leo Vegas or any of the companies within the Leo Vegas group. They scam you on the promotions, wait until you've kept your half of the bargain, then say you are no longer eligible for the promotion for no reason whatsoever. Nothing but thieves, avoid like the plague.

Avoid AVOID AVOID! Deposited more than 50k euroes to them and simply asked for a bonus in the live chat for a video and the lady was so sad to talk to she was like» no room for a bonus « avoid at all cost Kaboo will give you better experience than this atleast u dont need to pay to get a bonus too

I was using Leovegas until today. Found out that they were using my debit card to make purchases to other companies that were linked to LeoVegas since April 2020. They have scammed my account out of $800 and I want my money back. As soon as I made a deposit to Leovegas via the card, another purchase was made immediately to the card from a linked company. They are a fraud and I will be taking the necessary legal action to make sure that others are not treated like this. I was customer for 4 years until today.

nothing but a scam. worst customer service they do what they can to take your money and don't pay out. even if they pay any out, right after they start stealing it from your bank account.
