I became super stupid reading a false story of an Online India news paper TOI (Times of India) I am one of the stupid who believed the story... okay so what happened after reading the false news and being exited more than greed (honestly), I created one account and deposited INR 1000. (For Indian standard its not a bad money compare to $) I started playing Hot Spin and I lost most of the money then again I deposited INR 2000 and started playing, so I started wining loosing and mean time I kept checking my history where I can see how much I bet and won. So after sometime I stopped as I found my current balance is not updating with my winning money so I decided not to bet more until I see my updated balance which supposed to be as per my deposit, bet and winning. Then I tried to touch base with customer care explained them but then they were trying to convince me my current balance what I see that is correct.. I played Hot Spin Nd Live Mega Ball. As per the history my total bet is INR 2832, total won INR 6626. So my current balance should be Deposited: +3000 Tot Bet.: -2832 Tot Win.: +6626 ================ Tot Balance: +6794 ================ Where as I see my current balance showing INR 1250. I have those customer care mails where they unable to explain rather trying tell me the money which I see as current balance that is correct. And all those welcome bonus etc are just BS. I will pase the mail communication sand the screen shots of my history data if there is option to attach. So guys.. don’t believe this story. All our is hard earned money..

This is a big scamm guys don’t never play on this site I deposit 6 time total of 670$ and I jmhave all the proof and one time I win 400$ they never send the money I try to talk to all there employees and they always told me we have to track ur bank and they push me every time and sometime they just leave the chat. 2 weeks not received my money this a scam site and I have all the conversations screen shot.

There is no option to give 0stars that one rating I gave to write this pure cheating leovegas my account blocked from more then 5months and I called customer care and I contact them through support I have sended my documents more then 60times there is no mails that rejected or verify conformation mail and some times they won't even talk to you if this legal in Indian I wish to file a complaint but casino is illegal here I work for this site to decode or to build algorithm if they won't respond me this is for sure
