Don't make the same mistake as me and gamble on this website. They refuse to send you your money until you verify your account, but then they make it impossible to verify because nothing you send is "vaild". Complete scam.

Leovegas was a great site when I first started using it 2 years back! I've deposited and withdrawn no problem. then I didnt use the site for a few months. came back to the site deposited a handful of times then withdrew my winnings. now they refuse to give me my winnings until I verify my account. yet no ID I send is good enough. I sent driving license, I've sent letters, screen shots of paypal. they just keep saying it's not good enough. I've sent again some more ID today so let's see it this works, I will be avoiding this site in future.

it’s a complete scam, I don’t recommend this casino to anyone. i used to make a deposit for a long time and everything was fine. now they have locked my account and are asking for any proof that I used my card. i send them various proofs all week and nothing suits them, i can't withdraw my winnings. it is a complete waste of time and nerve damage. I do not recommend!

Honestly the best looking website out there but the biggest scam on earth, lost tons of money with them which is not a problem at all, after that i won some money and they closed my account for security reasons with money still in it. They wont answer my e-mails or calls i hope they caught by the gambling commission this is one of the biggest scams that happened to me ever, dont even consider signing up if you read this your money will be stolen without a doubt.

Love the "GDPR" excuse on every neg review its so lol, after reading these poor responses to peoples queries i have decided not to open an account with these robots and their repetitive robot responses and lack of ownership over poor experiences hiding behind T&Cs.

In regard to all the negative reviews for Leo Vegas... Think, before you take these at face value like a moron. It seems that almost every negative comment is due to misunderstandings and confusion, then jumping to a conclusion in the heat of the moment before the issue is resolved, which I am 100% certain eventually it will have been. I have been playing at Leo Vegas for a while now and personally, I cannot fault them. Their customer service team is the best I've come across, always friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Whenever I have had a minor issue, I've contacted live chat & every single time the problem has been resolved. I have never encountered anything even slightly shady or dishonest in my dealings with them. I have deposit tens of thousands of dollars with them over my time with them and withdrawn even more and have never had the slightest problem with any of my transactions. They process my withdrawals faster than any of the other casinos I've tried. They have very generous bonuses and loyalty rewards, again incomparable to any other casino. I cannot fault them in any way & rate them 10/10. In my opinion, they honestly don't deserve the negative feedback people give them. Remember, people generally only bother to review something if they have a gripe about it. If everyone who has had a positive experience left a review for Leo Vegas, I'm quite sure that the positives would outweigh the negatives 10-1. Thanks Leo Vegas - you're the best!

I'm writing this on my brothers behalf. My brother opened up Leovegas account at Christmas time and made a deposit via my paypal account. Realising this was not allowed he stopped using the PayPal and only used his bank card. All the account was verified and ok. This week was asked for verifaction again which he provided and there was 200 in his account. They closed his account and will no resolve anything... An honest mistake was made by using 3rf party paypal but this was back in january when he realised he shouldn't use paypal he stopped. Since then all deposits and withdraws were made via debit card. The account is now closed and they said he breached the terms and conditions of using 3rf party paypal. He has not used this method for 6 months! Please be aware that the casino are not fair and can switch u off at any time. If anyone has any advise on taking this further please get in touch Thanks

This site really uses the RTP scam to its utmost with lots of half stake returns. I wont call them wins because if you only get half your stake back? Then you have LOST half your stake. If any casino uses an RTP that counts half stake (or less) returns. Then it is scamming its customers!
