Very very bad returns. I play with a few sites. This site is the worst for returns. Over a period of four months, I have put in around 600. I have deposited 10, 20, 50, 90 etc... So many times. I can't even get up to 100 on this site, even from 50. It's lose lose lose. Very bad. Avoid.

I originally chose the wrong sign up offer. I then contacted live chat in which I was told my offer was now changed to the correct one. When I placed my bet the offer was not applied. I then contacted live support again in which it was confirmed the offer hadn't been applied. I was told to contact support via email for a potential "goodwill" offer but when I did I was instead called a liar despite screenshotting the whole conversation I had with their live chat team members. I would not recommend this company as they treat their customers like trash.

I've made many deposits with this site (over 1200eu) and never even made my RTP on the games thati normally play on other sites even by the laws of gambling i should't be on a net loss of 1200 eu over many deposits and playing many games, the games have low volatility during bonus, never received more than 20x on any bonus over 1000s of spins on more than 50 different games. The site uses a convoluted process whereby you can only withdraw principal/winnings to the method used to deposit. Only they have no way within your account to keep track of which balances need to be withdrawn to which method. If you have used, say PayPal for some and a card for some other deposits, it all gets lost in the wash. This invariably leads to a support and lockout procedure where they tell you which methods to withdraw to. Only sometimes they get this wrong themselves and the process repeats itself. It's just horribly implemented and the staff, while polite, are clueless about this silly mechanism that no other site uses. Stick to one funding source or move on and save a lot of wasted time.

Used to enjoy this site, but the one and only time I need to contact customer service I'm treat like ****! Customer service is rude and unhelpful but they will encourage you to deposit more money even when they have not sorted the issue at hand.
