When you sign up you recieve notification that you are 'fully verified' and therefore think that all is good. I deposited and lost £540 and eventually won £150 followed by £900. I first withdrew the £150 and around an hour later the £900. The £150 was approved quckly, however when it came to the £900 I have had nothing but issues to where I have now given up. I deposited and withdrew via trustly, I sent copies of bank statement and screenshot of online banking, however this was not good enough! The problem with these casinos is they will happily take hundreds of pounds in deposits from you without any proof of ID or payment ownership, but make it exceptionally difficult to withdraw. How I was able to withdraw £150 with no hassle and then total dramas for £900 requested 60 mins later is beyond me. Its totally disgraceful and a scam.
