Absolute joke! Been waiting too get my account verified for over a week after sending documents they have asked for. I cannot withdraw any of my winnings until it gets verified. What a coincidence! I was with Leo Vegas for quite some time. I sent all in my documents and my account was verified. One random day they decided to freeze my account pending further verification. I waited two weeks and they froze my $1800. I told them to close my account and withdraw my money. I used interact e-transfer with them for all my transactions. but since they closed my account they decided they cannot do it via e-transfer. they must bank wire. it has been two months and I am still waiting on a wire transfer. they asked for a copy of my banking transactions and I sent it to him. I was not paid. I then waited two weeks for them to tell me that it was paid. it wasn't. they then asked for my banking from that 2 week period. I asked them to show me proof that they even sent it. But they refuse. Now I am sitting here without my $1,800. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Horrible. I'm level 14. Recently changed my card.. now they wanted bank statements on my debit card proving its mine. So went to the bank earlier today and got a statement with my name, account number, card number and stamped by the bank. They were saying it's fake... would never ever recommend this site to anyone. Level 14 - spent alot of money on here to get there... now all of sudden, its gonna be hassled to withdrawl my 50 dollar.

Canadian player here. I've never had an issue with leovegas. I don't always win, nor should anyone expect too. Play to have fun, and if you win congrats. Payout to my bank used to take 3 days and now it comes the next day (based on my last 2 withdraws). Not sure what all these bad reviews are about but leovegas is my number 1 when it comes to online casinos. Hands down.

I have never had a problem with this casino.... I see alot of people complaining about withdrawals I've never had a problem and I only withdrew £3400 yesterday...
