I have made several deposits and have nothing to show for it. My balance was over $100 once and they sucked it all back in rapid fashion. Their games have the worst RTP I have ever seen. I have never seen money go this fast on any other gaming site. I would recommend steering clear of this site. They also have the worst bonus offers which is why I always decline them. This site deserves a zero but I cant rate them that low.

Was winning and I withdrew a number of times before they needed my photo ID which I don't have which they replied is in the rules. But why ask me now after all the deposits and withdrawals I've made it's ridiculous

I had to write and vent my massive frustration with LeoVegas. I've come to the conclusion that I've lost my withdrawal cash out with LeoVegas but I will not give this up without letting everyone know about what has happened. I was a long time customer but I cannot get my withdrawal out and their customer service refuses to acknowledge or help me as a customer. I was a 100% verified customer with all my documents fully verified until LeoVegas threw a massive curve ball at me. To put it simple, whilst playing on LeoVegas after a few months, I switched bank accounts and now they are refusing my cash out as they want me to verify my old bank card and proof of payment from this old bank card that I've not used in two years (of which has been closed since back then). Why didn't you ask me to verify my card details from two years ago back then... Knowing full well, I'm not likely to have those bank card details now, now that I've switched bank accounts? I'm sure that I'm not the only customer that has been stung by LeoVegas before. I find their replies on Trustpilot pathetic and no doubt they will give me some generic BLAH BLAH BLAH message saying I can reach out to them. Well NO, you've lost me as a customer FOREVER! Like what numerous people have mentioned here, LeoVegas are cowboys! You are better off playing on any other different casino other that LeoVegas! As it's a WIN WIN situation for LeoVegas when they are happy to take your money fast but they make it eventually impossible and do whatever it takes to stop a withdrawal happening if you carry on playing with them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! P. S. Don't trust the slots on LeoVegas as it's all reduced RTP!

My account is fully verified i've been trying to make a withdrawel for a week. Its taken half a dozen live chats and a couple of emails for them to tell me there is a known banking issue and I will be wired my withdrawel in 15 days, so 3 weeks in total from my initial request. Those who use it will notice the message about there being a known issue with some banks has been there for 3 months. I'm guessing it takes longer than that to fix known issues. Unbelievably poor service and i will be leaving once I eventually receive the withdrawel I've already requested a dozen times

As far as online casinos go LeoVegas takes your money only as fast as your able to give it. It's a great way to pass time and play games which have large jackpots. Who knows, maybe one day I'll will win a jackpot. I know this tho, if you wanna win big you gotta bet big and you can't win if you don't play...... Happy gamblin

the site is great in terms of games and bonuses but they owe me £2200 and now are requesting " proof of ownership of card "even though i have sent in bank statements and pictures of card. they are requesting a customer letter from my online bank to proof of ownership. "Upload a Proof of Ownership document, this is either a bank statement or a letter from your bank confirming you were the account holder. If you check your 'Card History' for a bank statement we would need to see the first 6 and last 4 digits, the expiry date, the bank's logo and your name. Where do I begin. Leovegas use to be my go too, to have a little flutter but it’s left a sour taste in my mouth over the last few days. They want proof of my previous expired bank card, which I haven’t got and cancelled on their site. I’ve sent numerous bank letters on headed bank paper, had it signed and stamped but no, that’s not enough.. I’ve spoken to 6 people on live Chat which haven’t been helpful, 3 emails sent and it’s the same written down **** they spout and after reading reviews on TRUSTPILOT, I know I’m not the First.. STAY AWAY
