I was an active customer of Leovegas for nearly 3 years. They request documents several times a year. But this year they request 6 different old statements of an another account that I didn't deposit with and locked my account. As those statements are from last year, my bank has deleted them which it's a Maltese bank that Leovegas knows better than me. I provide Leovegas the screenshots of my conversation with the bank but they still insisted on this deleted and non-related statements with my account then didn't give me a choice to close my account. I was happy with using Leovegas but do not recommend them if you can't access every personal or bank documents even they are not related with your Leovegas account. I think the only answer they will give for this complaint is "this is the rule and we can't do anything feel free to contact again" like usual auto message which does not care the customer.

I deposited today into my LeoVegas account because I saw a leaderboard promotion for sportsbetting. I placed many bets just to find out at the end of the day that I did not receive any points because I should have selected "yes" to receive promotional communications. This is a setting that I selected years ago when I created my account and I did not even know it existed. In no site this would affect your chance to participate in a promotion open to everybody. This was written in small and at the end of the page. I contacted support and I was sure they would have had a bit of common sense and give me those points but they said the will not do it. It is just the start of the leaderboard and I will not win any prize by getting those points but when you contact the support you just receive templates back. Really no common sense.
