I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks to withdraw over £100 of winnings. Firstly I tried to register a new bank card. I emailed to get details but got no reply. Finally I managed to contact the chat line who told me what to do. This involved putting more money into the account. I then tried to withdraw the money only to be told I had to verify the account. Trying many times I could not successfully photograph my card to upload it to the account. I have tried the chat line again - little help and emailed, no response. I don't believe Leo Vegas want people to win! A truly appalling service. From the reviews I can see other people haven't been happy!

Been using leovegas since 2019/20 Sports is good here 5/5 no problem with withdrawals or deposit. Really solid 5/5. Stay away from unibet it’s really trash compared to leovegas. Not much of a casino player so can’t give ya any reviews on that.

One of the few transparent Casino companies when it comes to bonus advertising and lingo in my opinion. I never felt like they were hiding wagering requirements on bonuses etc. it was all very clear. Fairly fast to pay out when you win, too. Excellent selection of slots from different providers also. Can't recommend enough.
