Not very happy with Grosvenor Casino I come back on here after being away for a little while and still can't get a really good win on here I've never seen 5 sevens on sizzling hot yet I've been a good customer and even the Beat the Buzzer game is unfair I mean come on Grosvenor be nice to me if things improve then I will put a much better review next time don't mean to complain but I can't seem to get a really good win on here.

Deposited £300 on slots was playing £2 a spin. Got the bonus twice on two separate games one winning a whopping £18 and the other £22. This was after loosing about £100 on each. Total waste of money, no chance of a half decent win, don't believe their same old line "they can assure you they're games are completely fair and random". Difficult to get hold of customer service if something goes wrong, really poor first line customer service “chat” agents, phone lines that say they’re open until you ring them then for days on end no one responds. In spite of registering complaint in game and via contact form in help section and on email 8 days later essentially had to restart it all again. Casino’s are highly profitable because most people lose money in them and I’ve no issue with RTP stats like some reviewers. My issue is any company I choose to spend my money with needs to have customer service that matches my spend so when things go wrong they’re easily resolved. I will probably not delete my accounts as the in-person experience at my local club is usually great but I don’t have faith in the management of the online service so will not use it as I once did.
