Dispicable site. TWICE I have had need to contact live support. The intial time was on the non functioning of one of their promotions, and i was told I would be emailed a reply - which I did not get! The 2nd time last week, I won a prize that was not credited to my account, I was told the CS couldnt see it on the system and that it would have to be escalated and I would get a reply in a few days.... guess what?
