Took part in a promotion where I had to wager £50 to receive a £5 bonus with 30 wagering. Did not receive the bonus, went to chat and was given the bonus. The bonus didn't work so back on chat. I didn’t had any issue, the staff was nice, they paid me so by now everything is ok. One thing about RNG (Random Number Generator) is that you guys don’t understand how this works.
