My wagering for this bonus was instead counting to a previous bonus I had. Therefore I cancelled the previous bonus so my wagering would count to my new bonus. However, when doing this, the £7500 i had won was removed from my account. This should not have been done as I did not cancel the new bonus. I contacted them on live chat and they agreed that this had been an error on their part, but said there was nothing they could do. I then sent an email to their customer service and they did not respond to my query, instead quoting that I had only wagered £60, which is not the issue. I responded to their email stating this and I did not receive a response despite several messages. This was back in May, and 8 months have now passed. I am really surprised at the amount of negative comments about Grosvenor online casino here. This is a genuine review. I have had nothing but great experiences with this casino and there has never been a problem with them paying any winnings.
