I have found that if there is a mistake with the layouts on the live tables there is virtually nothing that can be done. They will ask you for very specific information and bet numbers. It is impossible to get the info because the game goes so fast and I don’t see where each hand has a bet number. So play cautiously in the live games.

It’s a wonderful app on iPhone but without landscape mode support on iPad it makes it’s a headache. Fix this!!!

Save yourself time and use fox bets or something else. Between terribly timed updates where the sites down and the app just flat out not working this app gets increasingly more frustrating. Not to mention their site doesn’t even work on a lap top even after you download their “location verifier”

Careful if you actually start winning money using live bets. Suddenly the app will no longer recognize your location despite not moving from the same room you’ve been in, and you’ll be shadow banned from logging in for the day (you haven’t actually done anything wrong, it’s just impossible to log in). This has happened to me every single Sunday I’ve been successful betting.
If you’re losing money I’m sure they’ll let you bet from wherever you want, paying with money from any corner of the world with any questionable background.

This app crashes at terrible times when you may want to cash out or hedge a bet. Usually between the early and late football games. The crashes cost money as the spread changes during the games.
Please don’t use this app. Check twitter and you’ll see their support acknowledging a problem at least once a week.

App works like 70% of the time, which is trash. Can’t log in, shows games that are live as if they haven’t started yet. Dealing with real money, get it together.

Quick and accessible. Offers plenty of options for betting. Very good experience.

Once you fill out to register your info including SSN It tells you that your info is not valid. Think they just want to steal your info.......
